1 Acceptance of Terms

Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication settings — secure and confidential. luck 97 will never ask for your password by email, phone or any other channel. 4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on luck 97 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and credit card. All payment methods must belong to you personally — using a payment method that belongs to another person is not permitted and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. The current limits are always shown on the Deposit page.

luck 97 does not charge fees for standard PKR deposits. However, your own bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own charges. luck 97 has no control over third-party fees and is not responsible for them.

Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the transaction has been confirmed. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the timeframe shown at the point of transaction, please contact our support team.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method linked to your luck 97 account. Withdrawals are only available to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in line with standard anti-fraud practice. You must verify your identity before your first withdrawal — this is a one-time process for standard verification.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests. Exact processing timeframes are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal screen. Withdrawals below the minimum amount cannot be processed. If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal threshold, you may continue playing to build it up or contact support to discuss your options.

luck 97 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. 6 Gaming Rules

All games available on luck 97 — including Live Casino tables, Slots, Bingo rooms and Sports Betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game or betting section. All game outcomes on luck 97 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games, and by physical equipment — real cards, roulette wheels and dice — for Live Casino games, all of which are captured on video stream. luck 97 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In Sports Betting, all settled bets are final once the relevant event result has been confirmed. 7 Bonuses and Promotions

• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
